Great customer service at this location! I especially wanted to highlight Amanda, who was cheerful and knowledgeable in all things phone. She was able to help me activate my new phone despite many technical obstacles!

Very positive customer service experience at the Ellijay AT&T store this week. Bailee and Regional Manager Mike listened to the problem we were experiencing and offered several real solutions. They didn't try to just sell us a new plan. I felt they really valued me as a customer.

I have always had a good experience at this store. The employees are always knowledgeable and friendly. Today Robert was the best! He fixed my problem promptly and gave me recommendations to move forward ?. Very helpful, kind and polite! AT&T is very lucky to have him.

Went to upgrade one of myPhone Lines, was told that line only, would increase about $20-30 a month. When my phone bill came out it had increased nearly $300 not including the upgrade charges. Customer service refunded me half & told me to contact the store for the rest. Went in & talked to Robert last Saturday, his boss was suppose to refund me the rest. I have been waiting all week & have seen no credits on the bill. Called and asked Robert he stated he’d get with his boss and call me back, that was 4 days ago and I still have not heard back!! Will not be returning to this location,Your employees misled me on the amount myBill would increase and now you’re not making it right.

While I wasn't able to resolve an issue with my iphone, the gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated his efforts and his kindly demeanor.

Robert (or Richard) was the only one there and he helped someone just before me. I could tell by his customer service with her that he would be great with me. He is fabulous, deserves a raise, deserves more vacation time, and what other kind of perks ATT bestows on your fabulous employees. And not to take away from how wonderful he was but the reason I went into the store was because I couldn't understand a thing that the rep on the phone was saying. She really couldn't speak a word of English. But back to Robert he is the best ever and I hope he stays with your company because I will go in there and see him whenever I need assistance.

Robert was awesome. He got the problem fixed. I needed to have my current phone number moved to a new device and new sim card. After talking with prepaid customer service, they had suspended or cancelled my current number and issued a new number. Went into the store, and Robert was great. He stayed with it, called technical support, and got it fixed. We will definitely come back to the store for any and all future needed help!!

Autopay overdrew my account after I'd gone in a month earlier to have myself taken off of Autopay so this wouldn't happen. Now I'm in the hole sixty dollars and don't have any money to get back and forth to work for the week, all because I was told something was done that wasn't. Super upset right now and thinking of switching services.
