PLEASE DO NOT need anything from the locked items behind the glass doors won't get it because I waited an hour to buy the $119.00 Reach ois toothbrush and noone ever came even though i wa assured help was on the way. I worked for Walmart Pharmacy 15 years and left in 2019. Now I feel like I'm working for them again ringing up my own products. From now on I'm clocking in and out and I'm going to the Christmas Party. ?

It blows my mind how places like Walmart treat truckers. I delivered a WALMART load just before coming here at the FedEx next door. Bobtailed here to re-up on groceries before my next load.
While I'm creating my list, a tow truck comes and tows the bobtail that parked AFTER I arrived directly in front of me. The only reason they didn't get me was because I was still in the truck and could move when they asked me to.
I understand not wanting entire semi trucks to come and take up space in your parking lot. I understand not wanting trucks to take their 10hr break here. I understand not wanting overnight parking when the store is closed. I understand that there are some bad apples who ruin it for everyone. But to have an issue with bobtail trucks that park at the very far end of the lot for a couple hours so they can grab groceries is sick.
They even blocked off some of the isles of parking entirely with cement blocks. Forcing even less space for people to park.
The first time I shopped here, I spent like $300 and had zero issues. The second time, I spent almost $200 within the last 10 min of them closing and had a tow truck come by and tell me to leave cause they were closed (understandable). This time, I was barely there for an hour at 3 PM and was asked to leave before I even stepped out.
Shame on Walmart. Shame on society for treating essential workers like second class citizens.
I can't even purchase groceries and you wonder why truckers are obese and unhealthy eating the slop served at truck stops.

Walmart in Ellenwood needs training on how to treat their customers. Some of the staff are kind and friendly. There needs to be training from management on the down.Poor customer service. The workers don't know how to talk to each other and make it look bad for the whole store.The workers that do their job have to suffer for the ones that don't. Which is not fair to them. I hope you all get it together before it's too late.
