Wish I would have reviewed the reviews before coming to this location , some old immigrant lady tried to give me a whole speech on tape ! It’s just tape , other USPS locations don’t have a problem giving simple tape. She tried to make me buy it . Thinking I’m a whole lil girl please humble yourself my career requires a license please stop being insensitive.

I am not sure if there is a new driver for the route by my house but it seems like every other week I am getting my neighbors mail and my neighbor is getting my mail.

I got an email that said my package was delivered at 1:42 pm, I was at home so I went out there to the mailbox soon after & guess what no package. I checked 3x that day thinking maybe it's late. I placed a ticket to the service line with a response that carrier received package & delivered the package correctly. I don't know what happened to my package but definitely wasn't delivered to me but you get gaslit saying it was smh, just horrible.

Just stopped to mail a package. The clerk took my package, calculated the postage, added the shipping label and sent my package on its way.

AA girl with blonde braids was as nasty as all AA female postal workers. Unpleasant and dry, should be in the back stocking mail and not interacting with ppl. All post offices with AA women as the point of contact are awful and this experience was no different. Put them in the back, they make my postal experience horrible.

The person delivery my package lied when said left my package in my mailbox. It was clear according to the usps system that the person left my package at front of my garage, not at front of my door, where my ring camara can detect any stealing. He put in his comments he/she left the package in my mailbox. What is wrong with this office? Is rated 2.2 stars and a lot of people complains about delivery and service. IF YOU NEED SEND A PACKAGE, BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION. SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG THERE ACCORXING TO MY OPINION.

Idk why, but every single day I recieve somebody else's mail that does not live here at this address. To make matters worse it's always a completely different address than mine. I really don't understand this at all.

Since Ms Linda retired this location was never known for friendly service some 15 yrs ago.Recent visit on Tuesday Sept 5, rep with glasses, too much red blonde hair is one of the rudest and unprofessional reps ever. How hard is it to smile and answer the customers questions politely in a courteous tone.? She is always annoyed and appear to dislike her job. Find another job or place her to the back! We pay good money to send even small packages, she is not working for free, provide quality service please! My GOD! Management has to be aware, it starts with you!

Open mailbox 804 in this PO since 2010. Friendly staff, great location and never lost any packages. Just pick up packages this morning, I saw their worked so hard for us. Thanks,

If you want to waste your time, send here.Terrible service, they were clearly told that the package contained a mobile device, and they still tried to send it by air, to which the shipment was rejected. 1 week lost

Anytime I've had a package come through Ellenwood it has been delayed or canceled. Very poor service.
