Nikki and Jackie (I believe that is his name) They are really good.
I request Nikki for my nails every time. I have had pedicures, by others, sometimes it is good sometimes it is not.
Pricing is affordable and has been consistent. I don't understand why these places don't publicly display prices.

Disgusting Behavior & Unacceptable Racism
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This salon is a textbook example of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and blatant racism. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome—but it got worse. The staff openly mocked and spoke badly about customers in their native language, assuming we wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately for them, I did.
It’s disturbing to see a business think it’s acceptable to talk down to and insult paying customers just because they think they can get away with it. The lack of integrity here is astonishing. On top of the verbal disrespect, the service was rushed, the tools didn’t look sanitized properly, and there was zero care in the work.
NO customer deserves to be treated this way—especially not because of their race or background. If you respect yourself, your money, and your peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs.
To the owners: You owe every person you disrespected an apology. Do better.

I've been to this shop many times and have been extremely disappointed. I put convenience over quantity but I'm done. My toe nail was cut to narrow and my nail color tips were sloppy the tech talked so much while doing my nails she filed the color off and just couldn't fix them. You can't paint over dried gel polish it doesn't work. Warning the lady that runs the shop work is sloppy be greeted and choose someone else.

This was my first time coming here and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I am giving 3 stars, because I am pleased with the results of both my child and I services. However, the interaction with Niki was unkind. Originally I wanted to get clear gel on both me and my son’s nails and toes but ended up getting nothing because I was uncomfortable and didn’t want to further frustrate Niki. I asked Niki how much was it to add paraffin to my service (I was getting a regular pedicure); she said it would be $10 and she suggested that I get the $35 pedicure and stated that paraffin would be included. I asked again to further clarify what I’d be paying for, she stated that it would be an additional $10 to the $35 pedicure service for the paraffin and was attempting to explain what they do and don’t do. It was unclear so I ended up not getting the paraffin. I asked Tina how much would it be for gel polish on my son’s nails and toes, but yet again didn’t receive a clear answer (because she seemed confused as to why I’d be putting polish on a boy). Niki and Tina started to discuss the manner in their native language (as if I was a regular client that wouldn’t comprehend) and was mocking the fact that I wanted clear gel on my son. Tina even “accidentally” called my son a girl and it’s obvious he’s a boy. Niki was upset about my decision on not getting what I originally wanted and even rolled her eyes multiple times out of frustration. I was offended, but I left in a kind manner (my son and I thanking them both for the service and not receiving a “you’re welcome” from Niki) after receiving and paying for my service. I came to leave a honest review and hopefully to remind these individuals to not judge a book by its cover, to be kind especially when all someone wanted was information, and instead of trying to get over on someone from a financial aspect to act with integrity.

These nails look awful plus I have 3 cuticle cuts! I asked the man multiple times to shape them better and he seemed like he was simply incapable. I called the manager over and asked her if this is the type of work that she allows in her shop. She grabbed my hand to take a look and literally said “not bad, not bad”. Unfortunately, this was my second time at this salon. The first time was over a year ago and it wasn’t good either, but because it’s close to my house I figured I would give them a second chance with a different person. Don’t take the chance find another shop. The ratings are low for a reason.

Owners lady was rude. I asked for a soak off and she tried to clip my nails off short with the acrylic and scrape the acrylic off with another plastic nail. Would not recommend!!!

I came in for a pedicure. Waited about 30 minutes. I was getting gel polish on my feet and everytime the woman placed the uv light over my toes, she would hit them causing the paint to chip before drying. When I pointed it out, she blamed me and mumbled something under her breath. I asked her what was said she ignored me. I called the manager over (who act like I was a bother) and explained to him what happened. He proceeded to blame me and stated “well she’s fixing them.” I explained to him it’s not about that, it’s about her attitude. Horrible experience. Don’t waste your money. Everywhere is expensive so atleast spend your money somewhere that appreciates your business and are efficient.

Poor customer service… I told the nail tech the color she was putting on my nails was not the color I asked for… I chose SILVER.. I told her it’s GOLD… she told me the color will change…. I will not recommend this place!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I arrived 30 minutes before they were to close. I asked them was there enough time for me to get a fill in and a pedicure. She said yes and told me to have a seat at chair 10. I wasn’t given anything to choose my color while I waited. A nail tech began working on my nails No one turned on the tub for my feet Granted they were busy servicing other people but someone could have at least filled the tub for my feet. When the tech came over to do my pedicure she never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted nor put any of the packets in my water. So basically just soaked my feet in water. After the tech finished my fill in and painted it with gel polish I put them under the uv light and she began to file the sides of my nails now the look like there’s a matte finish on the sides Paid $90 Will not be returning It’s shame too It’s so close to my house would have loved to be a regular customer **Update** Nails started peeling 2 days later. Went back to allow them to fix it. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I typically receive great service when I come here. I am in the process of walking out. I walked in at 10:55 am along with another woman who proceeds to write 3 more names down on the sheet. She explained that it’s for a birthday and they are all getting pedicures. Mind you her party was not here at the time that she writes their names. I was told sit at number 4. It is now 11:29. I have not been serviced but you know who has been serviced and it is quite interesting how accommodating they were for these people who were not only not present but added additional people after the fact and immediately had someone come and service them. And my money is just as green and when I’m not treated with the same customer service as others I don’t beg. I took it somewhere else where I was immediately serviced. I’m done.
