Worst experience! The African manager is very useless and allow miscarriage of packages and does not hold employees accountable for bad service and malicious intent. Teenage girl at the front desk seemed suspicious and all of a sudden the package is nowhere to be found. Would not recommend, I wish there was a zero star option. I had 899$ worth of items in the box and they only gave me 100$ , which I didn’t receive yet And it has been since January 18. If you need more details email me I will go into more detail. Not fake.

Here we go again! Once again I have been waiting on my packages for two days. They have said “arriving today” for two days, only to find out now that they are lost in the wasteland of Ellenwood, GA, once again. Every time I have a package that comes through there it is stuck there for days. I am in GA and it gets stuck there every time. Why this keeps happening, I do not know. Poor customer service for sure!

The same car has been at the window for almost 30 minutes. I got here 20 minutes early and now it's past my time. The only reason I'm close is because cars are driving off. I might be one of them soon.

They, "Don't tape, this not the UPS store." Was the response I got an my package was rejected today. What sorry lazy response. When I have my labels but no tape.

The CVS is the access point and you just take your item in and the cashier scans it, send you your receipt and your good to go.... Easy peasy
