I have been patronizing this cleaners for over 15 years, but today no more. I wanted to drop off a comforter that I have dropped off many times before. First the price was quite staggering ($40) but then I was told I had to pre-pay. The male employee stated I had to pre-pay because people are not picking up their items. So I said I am not one of those people and that I am being penalized for what others did. I said then if you do not trust me enough to do business with me then you don’t need my business. He said he didn’t care. So I retrieved my comforter and left. The question I have if you are losing so much money because “people” don’t pickup their items then move your business elsewhere. Get out of our neighborhood!

Owner did not return a pair of my Levi pants and when I went back to tell him know he was very rude, disrespectful, and refuse to look for it. I had to go get receipt and clothes but he still would not look. My wife went there and she said the young lady in there had found the pants. She he was talked ugly to another customer who was waiting. Will never go there again. He kept saying the computer did not make mistakes and he never apologized.Service: Clothes pressing

Never again. I’ve used this cleaner for 18 years. I use to get outstanding service. I’ve had 3 complaints with them pretty much back to back and when I brought this to the owners attention all she did was defend their service sounding foolish, especially since I showed her my burnt soft pants and dirty clothes without any notes or indications of my damaged or filthy clothes. She had one excuse from another. I took my clothes home washed them and accepted the fact that my $70.00 Alfani soft pants are ruined and decided to take my business somewhere else. Nothing personal, strictly business. Beware of your fine clothes. I am a strong advocate for giving reviews. I believe in acknowledging excellent service and bad as well.

I've been using this dry cleaners for a while now but I'll never use them again. I dropped some clothes off to be cleaned they popped a button on my shirt so I called them to let them know they were so unprofessional and 3 weeks later went to pick the shirt up they never did press the shirt on top of the previous mistakes they made in the past horrible service ill never use them againService: Alterations
