I have been coming here since the opening. Though management changed, but KY has always been nice, so is everyone. The staff here are very professional, the shop is neat and well sanitized always. I tried other nail shop but this has always been my go to place. Well done guys.

Anna did a wonderful job on SNS, cateye design. Clean, well filed and shaped, without leaving any residue underneath nails. Very nice, professional job. Thanks!

I came here Friday night about an hour before they closed. Anna did my pedicure and it was nice. However when I made it to my car the paint on all my right toes had smudged even after sitting for them dry. They were closed so I planned to visit 1st thing Saturday morning.
Saturday I returned about 40 mins after they opened and explained to the guy at the front what happened. Without hesitation he told me to have a seat to get it fixed. Anna came from the back and remembered me and I showed her my feet. At this point the left had smudged too.
Now I'm not sure what was done wrong Friday, possibly too many layers of polish.
However we looked for the color I had, decided on another color and she fixed it. She suggested gel instead, so I went ahead and did the gel on my toes. She was quick and I was on about my day. I'd definitely return and ask for Anna.
