“This was the worst customer service i have experienced with fed ex. I arrived on 01/03/24 at 845am to ship off a ebay package. The agent had a terrible attitude. She tells me that ebay never use fed ex for shipping and when i pointed out she was wrong she iqnored it. I have always been welcomed with amazing friendly customer service at other fed ex locations. I ship many packages so i will probably be using ups because of this one lady who represents fed ex with a terrible attitude.Update: Manager called and took care of the issue. Manager is amazing.
