Too bad we weren't allowed to give No Star whatsoever! If you don't want to do business with Black Folks, why not just post signs that say that; it would be much more appreciative. Rude and disrespectful is to say the least. This is only my 2nd critique of a business on Google, which should tell one how dissatisfied I was with their service. If you don't want to feel like you rolled back into the 50s, stay as far away as possible from this establishment.

The man that works in the service dept is so rude, I feel it is to most people of color, especially the women, you are in the wrong location, cause I know that most of your customers are people of color

Over priced tried to charge my girl 900 for tires tryed to up sell her an scare her into thinking she have to buy all 4 when she only needed to I would not recommend to go to this place if your car is broke down don't get towed here mgmt don't know how to treat it to talk to ppl

If you need parts for your car and you in the area this is the place that you want to stop first...Especially those of you who know little much about your vehicle... Other than putting gas in... You can trust them to get what you need with courtesy at the same time. ILL BE BACK SOON...

If i could give zero stars i would. This place displays blatant racism. The customer service is rude and disrespectful. They barely want to help you unless you are spending money. This is an independent owned NAPA meaning the owner makes his own rules as he pleases. Go to any other NAPA than this one if you want a good experience.
