Murphy USA I slipped and fell at your establishment and y’all denied my claim Just remember one thing for sure and two for certain when you do people’s wrong it’s coming back may not be today or tomorrow but believe me it’s coming back. I’ll never come here again. They need to Close this place down the parking lot is always Nasty And trash can are always running over. ? ???

I can truly say that I had a terrible ? experience at Murphy USA Gas Station in Ellen wood Ga 12/23)2023 I went to get gas however only one cashier was working and I decided to leave and get gas elsewhere, as I approached my car I slipped in some spill gasoline on the asphalt. It literally scared me I got up really fast where I had two people in the car with me the smell of the gas was so powerful. To make a long story short I went back to Murphy the next morning to speak with manger and let her know what happened I was hurt from this fall and have been going back and forth to the doctor. The adjuster for this claim says they didn't see the fall on the CAMERA which is a Bald Face Lie ? Murphy USA don't want to take accountability for what happened to me, why because it affects the employees Bonus that's sad how you people handle this claim but I want you people to know God Don't like Ugly. I'm almost sure if someone was there to do some foolishness I'm sure your camera would have captured that.I'm blessed to have Medical Insurance but I pray ? that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I will never go to any of your Gas Station Again. As angry as I am I pray your
gas go out of business no matter how big a Corporation is you can still Fail. And the way I was treated Today for me tomorrow for you.

Bowers that you see posted online mean nothing, if you come after 9:00 there's no telling if they will be open at night. I just went there at 10:28 on a Tuesday and they are already closed up, a full hour and a half before their Google Business listing which is midnight, 12:00 p.m.. consistency would be great, it has been this way for as long as I can remember.

I was in the store today 8/31/ 2023 around 3 pm and the line was actually at the door with one cashier.While I was in line the cashier was having a conversation with another employee sitting near her and then her phone rings so she now on the phone with phone in hand while trying to check out , customers and having a conversation on her phone. She did not acknowledge the customers at all.Poor customer service…

Today is 07/02/2023 it's 6:08am and they are not open. Came back at 7:35am and they still not open. Update 07/16/2023 today doors are locked and they are doing pumps only (credit at pumps). It's always something with this store.

This place is trash.The lady was ignoring me 15 minutes.After I repeatedly was asking if the restroom is open she asked her manager and she said it closes at 11 pm.It was 10.39 she said no.Very sad.

They have bad gas at this location. I filled up here today and 10 minutes later my car stopped working. The gas is cheap because it’s mixed with so much water. Have to take my car to the shop now smh
