I recently just decided to move to my own phone plan after putting it off for so long and I'll be honest and say I was very nervous as to how the process worked. But luckily I was helped by a lovely lady named Hannah! She helped guide me through the process and was overall very, very nice and helpful!! :) If there's any issues, I'd definitely come back to this store just to see her! She made everything smooth and easy, great customer service!!

Went to pickup a TMobile giveaway hat but they had given them all away. But the employee remembered there was something left over in the back so he ran back and came back with a cute hot pink TMobile quilted sack cooler. Told him I'd rather that this anyway. Left a very happy customer (I have 5 lines I appreciated his effort to provide me with a consolation gift LOL)
