I shop here regularly for my business and today I had a very cold experience with Jordan who is supposed to be to supervisor.
He rung me up incorrectly for my apples then had me wait for two customers, one rang up $400 worth of groceries before he would assist me as it was almost 8pm and customer service was closed. Once he did assist me, there was no apology or let me help you and sorry for the wait. He just held out his hand for the receipt and then told me the balance will be on my card.
I never say this in person, but I did tell him his customer service could use him improvement and all he said was have a nice day.
Not only did he make a mistake, make me wait, he didn’t even acknowledge it or me. I have lived in the area for five years now and never felt the need to write a post like this until now.

I'm literally been in the store for 20mins trying to get a balloon blowed up. I've been told since no one is in produce, I can't be helped. Two associates came by and left saying the same thing. As a previous kroger employee, I know this to not be true. I also asked for a manager. I've been waiting for 10min and manager refuses to come downstairs for my assistance. This is some bull Anna laziness.

Kroger In Ellenwood, Is The Most Unclean Grocery Store Ever, The Entrance Is Filthy And Uninviting, In The Store The Associates Are Unkept In Their Uniforms "Not Fresh Like Other Krogers" The Night Manager On Duty Looks As If She Just Woke Up From An Afternoon Nap, I Would Not Purchase Anything From This Place I'm Afraid It Would Be Out Of Date This Store Needs An Overhaul. Parking Lot Needs To Be Pressure Washed. There Are Prestigious People Living In Ellenwood They Shop At Ingles It's Clean And Inviting You Are Greeted Once You Enter The Doors, Smell's Fresh And Fully Stocked The Manager Is Fresh And The Associated Are Fresh And Clean You Can Sense That They Are Glad You Came To Their House Yes While they Are On Duty That's Their House.

The absolute worst experience. I waited for more than 6 days for medication that I badly needed, and was promised to be processed in two days. They never followed up with me or updated my profile. This was the second time this happened. So, I moved my medication over to Walgreens and they had it ready within 10mins. Never again will I trust this Kroger Pharmacy with my medication.

Appearance good, customer service good, bit the prices were higher than the otherside of town. For 1 tbone steak the cheapest was $16, and not a large variety to choose from. REALLY there wasn't a goos meat selection@ ALL. Wil be going back to Food depot in the future

Always liked this store, but sometimes tooooo crowded. It is the smallest Kroger I have ever seen. Then they put stuff in the middle of the isles and it is hard to get around to shop.

I should have checked the expiration date on the chocolate I bought at the clearance. It said 0ct 2 2023 ??? this is my fault. I continued eating it even after I found out ?
