Recently got my scripts from the pharmacy and I usually get good quality service but today’s service was very poor and unprofessional. The worker asked me a question but I was unable to hear what she was asking because she was standing far from the drop off area. Once I finally caught on to what she asking me, which was my dob. I proceeded to tell her but was unable to say it loudly to the point where she can hear me because I had a sore throat. She shook her head as if I was being difficult, asked me to repeat myself… mind you I couldn’t hear what she was asking because she not at the drop off area and I felt uncomfortable having to yell my dob. She finally heard what I said l, shook her head again, and said 20 min. I came back and asked if someone else can check me out because she was seemed frustrated with me. She said no and continued to ask me for my dob. From that point I told her how I didn’t appreciate that I had to yell out my personal information when she could have simply walked over to the drop off area and asked being that we both couldn’t hear each other and it’s not like I can hop over the desk just to tell her my info. Instead of listening to my concerns and addressing how she handled the situation she just continued to just ask for my dob. I refused to let her continue to service me and she asked the pharmacist Henry to check me out. Henry seemed like he was willing to hear about my concerns and experience. Hopefully he takes what I said into consideration because disclosing PHI as a healthcare worker is a HIPPA violation.

Its the worst Kroger I've been to. I don't think any adults work there just teenagers and they are rude and incompetent. It's a real dump. It smells and never has food stocked properly. I would post the pictures I took of the rude workers, but I'll just send them to corporate.

Terrible from the parking lot to check out. 2 EV parking spaces taking up the 2 best handicap spots in the front door. Water in the aisle in a frozen food aisle with the little "wet floor" signs trying to block a pond and no one attempting to clean up. Needless to say,now the water is tracking all through the aisle. Safety? This store never keeps up with demand. Since everyone is shopping for the bargains,these products are always low of not in stock. This store used to be neat and tidy and now is unkept. Poor management or corporate just not caring about the public,after all the pandemic is over,get your act together or simply give up,because this store will lose the customer base that really care.

Wonderful pharmacy and staff! Medication is ready when it says ready. I’ve seen a lot of complaints about people receiving texts saying that their medication is ready when it’s not. In fact, 10/10 the text usually says “please call to confirm if you would like your medication filled” and people don’t read they just assume it’s ready. This pharmacy does their job and beyond, pls start reading your texts

Food is always expired.. meat spoiled and very poor customer service. I went to get my medicine and I wanted to have a consult with the pharmacist about my medication and she had no interest in telling me about the medication she didn't even know and she's went to school to serve sick ppl like what!!! She told me once I get home to read the directions and that was it and she handed me back my prescription she needs to be fired.... this kroger needs a whole new staff in every department!!!

This Pharmacy is beyond terrible. 1 star is not low enough. Their inability to fill monthly prescriptions on time puts patients at risk. They have big supply problems that they refuse to seek solutions for. They will not communicate truthfully to you about when they can fill your prescription or why they still don't have it, even after several days/attempts of trying having something filled.If they cannot take care of their patients, then they need to be truthful about it.

This pharmacy is awful! The customer service is bad. They want you to try to escalate issues with their system to corporate instead of them actually dealing with it. If they are out of something they won't take initiative to call other Krogers unless you call them first, then they give you attitude. They have also combined my twin son's information into one and filled a prescription under the wrong twin's name, and then struggled to fix it.

Never have prescriptions ready when told they will be. And don't have any supplies. Worst pharmacy I've ever been too.

Staff was amazing back in 2018 now it’s horrible (the new staff) they tell you lies over the phone and when you call back to speak with someone else they tell you something different!!! NEW STAFF PLEASEEE!!! Babies are sick and you can’t even pick up meds that were sent to them.

Best place to shop 4 groceries and very kind staff! I enjoy seeing them when I do ! Feels like I know someone ! I also use this location for my pharmacy and it’s the cheapest prices I have ever seen! Especially when used with good rx

If I could give this Kroger 1 star then I would. The lady behind the deli counter was rude and snapped on the manager in front of the customers.

Worst pharmacy ever. Wrong medication every time and on top of that they text you it’s ready only to show up and be told you have to wait 15min…. That was 20min ago!!! Never again

I've tried on several occasions to give this pharmacy a pass due to the pandemic. But it is apparent that management has failed this location. The staff are very rude. Majority of the time no one answers the phone. And if by some luck you get someone on the phone to request your medication be filled - you still will have a long wait when arriving at the time they've given you! Was told 630pm pick up and it is now 8pm and I'm still waiting. #dobetterKroger #ManagerthisisnotitAddendum: 810pm I had to ask if my son's medication had been forgotten as I saw a number of people who were behind me in line (that were told to wait like me) - have their name called to get their medication. The black female with the low cut blonde hairstyle exhibited poor customer service and I believe she INTENTIONALLY had me still waiting knowing full well my son's medication was ready!
