For the past few years I have had an outstanding customer service experience at istorage located in Ellenwood Georgia. And, it’s all because one of your best and outstanding employee named Lauren. Lauren always makes my experience painless. What’s awesome about Lauren is she always remembers my name. And I mean always!! I can call or come in months later to istorage and Lauren will remember me on site or by phone and it’s been that way since forever!! I love Lauren because she is the epitome of what customer service delivery looks like. Lauren cares and wants to make sure the istorage customers are well taken care of. Another great thing about Lauren is she listens to my concerns and complaints with a professional mindset. I like that! I’m going to miss Lauren. She alway make me feel special when she remembered my name. Thank you Lauren for always making my visit a very pleasant and special one.

The staff is friendly. However, there was water damage in my unit and damage to my furniture that I have had to throw away. The insurance does not cover the usual damage that may happen in a storage unit, which is pointless. I wasted a lot of money storing my items here, and was not reimbursed. Do not recommend.

My business uses these facilities for storage and they are awesome! The parking lot is clean, there’s no trash or excess noise! The Ms. Lauren is very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!
