I have been shopping at Ingles for years. Since I was a teenager at Morrow High School. I love this store. Customer Service Is Always Nice And Very Helpful. The Manager That Saw Several Packs Of Calloway Blue Spring Water In My Cart Was Super Friendly. It Was Great Chatting About How Good This Water Is. Calloway Blue Is All I Purchase Now. But Yes I Love The Ingles Located In Ellenwood Ga.

I witeness with my own eyes a white gentleman in the meat dept package meat with his bare hands. No gloves. No nothing . ...I also witnessed meat left out for more than 15min.... thats is disgusting and not sanitary.

I had not been in an Ingles in years. I was really impressed at how clean and organized the store was. Their prices seemed ok. I only bought 1 item, it was priced reasonably compared to Kroger. I was in Kroger and did my own price comparison. Kroger, their prices are off the charts! They act as if they're competing with Publix. There's no Ingles close by in my neighborhood and it wouldn't make sense to travel that far to grocery shop. But I really really liked Ingles. ????

Customer service after 5pm is horrible and unprofessional. I’ve shopped at this ingles for over 20 years and never experienced such a horrible customer service team. The young lady running customer service is very unprofessional and needs customer service management training.
