We were scammed. Had to CLOSE OUT our checking account and open a new one. Miss Edy was a tremendous help to us. We were up and running on our new account/Debit card in an hour or two. THANK YOU, AMERIS BANK ELLENWOOD GA!

I had an excellent experience today at Ameris Bank on Fairview Rd. Faye Powers is absolutely amazing. I was so pleased with her pleasant demeanor and willingness to assist. She was able to help me find the perfect account options for my situation. I recommend using this bank if you want to be treated like an individual instead of a number.

This brunch allows to still money from business accounts! We got scammed for 20k. Filling the police report and we will make sure all workers will be fired .

I went to Ameris Bank on Fairview Rd in Ellenwood, Ga at 11:30 a. m. on a Saturday and my hubby forgot his id. He left to go 10 mins away to get the id (which we stated), and the banker Faye Powers stated, "we close at 12 and we're not paid overtime" (using a nasty tone)! Afterwards, she continuously snapped and made rude remarks until she was nearly done adding him to my account. She is a rude lady. This rushing the customer has happened to me before with another banker at this bank. I will never recommend this bank to family or friends. The 3 stars is for the really nice teller that waited on us today.

I went to the Ellenwood branch of Amaris on 5/10/2024 due to issues of possible fraud. Ms Faye Powers was very understanding and helpful. She assisted me in canceling my debit card and issuing another one. She was also thorough in planning the next steps of filing a fraud claim. I was very upset when I walked in the bank but I left feeling confident that everything would work out for me. Thank you Ms Powers. (Priceless)
