I am sick and tired of your driver dropping my packages off at the corner of my house and not at the door like UPS and Amazon do. It happened again today. Look close and you’ll see a big box out at the end of my yard leaning against my fence.

Fed ex is terrible, can’t contact anyone from fed ex, everyone is from India. Can’t help or give any answers, obviously this company doesn’t care about the costumers

The driver sent a pic in saying he delivered my package at my door step. The bad thing is the door in the pic with the package is not my door… now yall playing crazy about my package and wants the shipper to file a claim.. like tha dnt have nothing to do with that…
