The waiting room was a bit crowded, but the staff did the best they could to see all the patients in a timely manner. Although I asked the doctor could she write my doctor excuse for an extra day, because I just wasn't feeling my best and she told me I would be fine and wrote I should return to work the next day. I guess I didn't text positive for COVID or the FLU. She felt I was ok.

I have been sitting in the lobby for over an hour already when I had a scheduled appointment. I asked the front receptionist how far they behind and she said two hrs. But you have 7 drug screens and 5 urgent care left in front of you. I told them my appointment time and she stated that's the time we take your chart to the back.. Evidently drug screening is more important that someone running a fever. Very irrate and unacceptable in my opinion. Drug screening should be done during a particular time and I certainly didn't see no one in dire needs what they call an urgent matter to be seen. Terrible customer service.

Beware. They will tell you they accept your insurance, then after your seen, tell you they don't and stick you with the bill. Make sure you have the receptionist show you in writing before you're seen. I was told they not accept any insurance plans if you are using your benefits for the first time in the calendar year. You have visit another provider first to verify its not fraudulent, then they will accept you.

Very nice staff and a clean facility. I checked in online and it saved time and paperwork. If you know what I know, you would rather go here than the emergency room. You'll get quick results here. The emergency room will have you there all day. Your choice.... ??

Pros- Friendly staff, cute facility, informative receptionist. Was able to prescribe an as-needed inhaler, Nurse Prac/DR would answer questions if you have them.Cons- Our experience. We went to urgent care because we thought my fiance was having an allergic reaction. He was told it was only a viral infection, and the headache he had will be prescribed an exedrin (pharmacist said it was OTC). They gave him a lecture (rightfully so) about using other ppl's inhalers. He didn't have insurance so he was worried about costs, that's why he used it and it's typically periodic, nothing major. Biggest issue I have that made this a 2 star review is that his blood pressure was high, 140/105. They didn't give him anything or prescribed anything for it. Only said to monitor it and maybe buy a cuff monitor. So we did that and bought a monitor. He still felt miserable and tried not to have anxiety but whatever was going on in his body was bothering him still. About 8 hrs later, and we noticed his BP was still increasing and decided to go to the ER. His levels were 174/126. Stroke levels are at 180/120. He almost had one. My major gripe about this was- they didn't recommend when to go to the hospital when the levels reached a certain point. We don't know much about blood pressure since it was never an issue. They also didn't prescribe anything in the moment to help it and only suggested we buy a monitor. Because we never dealt with BP before and we had to google these things ourselves. Earlier this year when I was pregnant, the nurses told me when my BP was high and made me go to the hospital (where I later had to be induced) and I trusted them and I only remember that my higher number was 128, I don't remember the lower number but it was definitely over 80. There was a lack of sense of urgency in his case and after the ER, blood pressure medication has definitely and finally been described.

Went in for illness. I declined a covid test and got looked down on, even though I get tested twice a week at work(last test Friday was negative) hve been feeling bad since previous Wed. I was told it was viral to have cough syrup and motrin. By luck was able to see my gp today after they were booked. Got diagnosed with bacterial infection. They're incompetent. The staff was great. The doctor was power tripping. They don't deserve 1 star considering she missed an easy diagnosis.

Facility mishandled, impatience staff , the facility rules changes as staff does with this facility. I have been coming here since 2020 during the pandemic. During my several visits things was normal and staff was friendly and understanding, also helpful but now staff very inhumane. You can tell that staff just there for a pay check with no care . Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Will not recommend!

The most ghetto place in all of Stockbridge . Money hungry . It’s sad you can’t go get seen for illness until you pay 500 from this place. Will never go back even on my death bed

I came here on 12/22/2021. I’m giving 3 stars because the woman at the front desk was very friendly. There was so many people waiting to be seen and she was working the front desk all by herself. I definitely applaud her for that. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I did not like the doctor that was on duty. He had a bad attitude and I felt rushed during my appointment. I understand that he may have been overwhelmed and exhausted but that gives you no right to take it out on your patients.
