I am an adjuster for over 26 years and first I would like to say that the customer service is A1, they fix your vehicle in a timely manner and the prices are very fair and consistent with industry standard. I highly recommend this shop and when my insured or claimants ask for body shop recommendations this will be number one on my list.

This was the worst repair experience I have ever had since owning vehicles. I have owned vehicles for over 40 years and have had repairs done on them. I scanned my vehicle to have an idea of what was going on, my scan showed I had a problem with the throttle body, so on Saturday, August 17th I went by DNC to inquire what the cost would to replace the throttle body, I stated to Nestor I did a scan and it indicated a problem with the throttle body but I stated that "I know you guys will do a diagnostic to make sure", Nestor said they would. I took it in this morning (August 19th) and again I stated to Carlo "I know you guys will do a diagnostic" to make sure it is the throttle body. I picked it up a couple hours ago drove home and discovered they left somebidy's keys in my vehicle, drove back to give them the keys and couldn't make it back home before the "reduced engine power" indicator came back on. I went back to let them know, and I was told we did what you wanted (replaced the Throttle Body). I asked if they ran a diagnostic to make sure it was the Throttle body and he said no, it would have been extra, I told Nestor I didn't care that it would have been extra, and I said I know you guys will do a diagnostic to make sure it is the throttle body when a dropped it off. He said I didn't, I told him that I said it 3 times. Nestor actually had the nerve to tell me someone had been working on the throttle before, that was 2 years ago and I asked what did that have to do with anything. He had no answer, he had my money ($550) and apparently didn't care and tried to blame it on something electrical because they do electrical work. I will never use these guys again, worst repair shop I have ever encountered. I have lived in Ellenwood for over 20 years and I am a firm believer in supporting businesses in my community, however this is one I couldn't and wouldn't recommend to anyone. They claim to be professionals, I find that laughable.
I am only responding because you called me a liar. That is so easy for you to say, I did make the statement 3 times "I know you guys will run a diagnostic", although my scan indicated a problem with Throttle Body and you never said you wouldn't. To call a customer a liar is another indicator of poor customer service. Maybe you should communicate to customers what you will or will not do if the customer indicate the problem. It is good to know the part is warranted for a year, however if it stop working tomorrow I would never bring it back to you. I don't deal with anyone who can't admit they might be wrong. I admit, the mistake I made was not getting in writing what you would or would not do regarding my repair. As I close with what you will called an essay, the problem I was having with my vehicle was solved by a true professional who I will continue to rely on.

I had gotten a diagnostic from Firestone that I didn' feel confident in, so I brought my car to DNC, which has serviced other Cars for me previously. DNC found the problem and saved me $200 because it was just a fuse and not a part replacement. Honesty goes a long way and they have my business guaranteed from now on. Thank you DNC for your integrity.

Quick and transparent. Pricing was also good. Went in for a diagnostic. They told me what was wrong as well as how they got to that reasoning (the things they tested first and such). Diagnostic and repair took less than a day. Back up and running. Very happy, will come again ????

This was the second time I used DNC and both times they did a great job they replaced the rotors and brakes in around 2hrs did a super job. I will tell people to go there

excellent. my 1st time here & it was slam dunk! up front practical pricing, & good timing. I've lived round here 20 yrs & never been here, but glad I did. needed oil change, & a few lil things 4 road trip season. very pleasant. you know its family owned when the family is actually around. he even put my back wiper blade on for me that I had bought & was having a hard time with.. very nice folks & my van is purring now.

This is my second time getting work done on my car. 1st I had a blown head gaskets that was fixed in a timely manner. Today I received an oil change and car wash. I’m overjoyed from the services I recieve here. I am a single mother and I found myself worrying because I know nothing when it comes to maintenance on cars. I was treated as family and also informed about every step in the process. I love how descriptive they were due to my lack of knowledge about certain part. I really appreciate this team. Thank you for making my visits easy and swift. Also .. THANK YOU FOR CARING ???

Had my car towed here asked before hand if they would be able to work on it. They said yes. I asked if they had a tow company they recommended they said yes. So I used the one they recommended. I paid 95.00 for the tow company to tow my car 3 minutes up the road for them to tell me they can't fix my car bc it would take to much time to see what the problem is. Bc it was something electrical. So then I had to pay another 95.00 to get the car towed back to my house. A waste of 200.00 that I could've used to put towards my car actually getting fixed. Very disappointed. Now I have to find a different shop and have it towed there and there's no telling how much that will cost.
