I have zero intention of ever doing business with this store again even tho it is the closest CVS to my home.
Took them over 24 hours to fill a script for an antibiotic. Guy on the phone at 3pm that it would not be filled into the next day as they were ‘backed up’.
I called MULTIPLE times today to check on the status and I sat in queue over 20 mins on at least 2 attempts. On one attempt, someone picked up the call and sat the receiver down. I listened to them transact with other customers then put me back on hold after over 10 mins.
The worst customer service ever. I am thankful the prescription wasn’t urgent and I am heading out shortly to the Candler store.
Ellenwood…..do better. It is not that hard.

They NEVER have enough employees for the amount of customers they have. The window line is always long and the same person that works the inside line also works the outside window. No one should have to wait in line for 20 minutes, then finally have to wait in line for 10 minutes to have a prescription filled that the pharmacy has notified you is waiting to be picked up.
This is ridiculous. I will now use my insurance companies' mail order that will deliver to my door and I don't have to go pick it up. CVS, you should monitor your stores more. Good customer service will win every time. I give you one star.

I've had a couple of very mediocre experiences with photo pick up. Pictures have not been ready, pictures could not be found, rude customer service and poor photo quality. The best thing has been the price using a weekly ad deal. At this point I'll pay more for better quality and my order to actually be ready and able to be found.

Rude! They never had the right drugs. They hold off on filling your prescriptions until YOU call and give then insurance info. They will not call you and when you call and they do answer the yell "Hold Please" and put you back on hold. If you go there expect to wait at least an hour just to get an answer. The store is not stocked and trashed. I use Walgreens down the street now. I used CVS for decades. Not any more. Goodbye.

Today is April 2, 2024 12:57pm your front store clerk is sooooo rude and unapproachable. I stop by to load a card . I asked if they could she never made eye contact and asked what type I told her she said nothing else . I asked again could she this time a little bit louder … she continued to fix and straighten the candy bar. The lack of effort to do a job she applied for is concerning. She represents the Brand as first contact with customers and should actually greet the customer upon arrival. I definitely won’t visit this location anymore. Id rather drive further then come in contact with staff that just show up with the attitude and demeanor that they don’t wanna be there.

Something needs to be done about the level of service provided by this pharmacy. The pharmacist John is horrible. He is rude, not helpful and down right disrespectful. People go to the pharmacy because they are sick they need help and they don’t deserve to be mistreated. This pharmacy has a 1.9 rating. Does anyone care from a corporate level?

It takes 20 minutes for pick up and they never answer the phone. Sometimes the prescriptions aren't even filled when they should be so you waste your time waiting.

Never answers the phone. Can't give u a time when a script will be ready. Impolite. Just have to keep checking back.

The drive through line, wait and Customer service is ridiculous. I am at the window and watched the cashier take 8 customers inside the store while ignoring me.
When I honked my horn to get her attention she opened the window, stated" two seconds maam", and closed the door without giving me a chance to speak. I sat in the drive thru from 2:25 pm to 3:00 pm. When I told her I watched her take 8 people ahead of me, she stated she was trying to get them out of the way. I told her I was there before all if them.
She simply responded with "OK" and proceeded to take another customer before giving me my change. This was extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. The cashier's name according to the receipt is Desiree.

This place is a joke they are always behind staff is not pleasant it takes 2 days to fill a prescription. They need to be trained or have better management. And they never pick up the phone

Waited on hold 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone in pharmacy. Then he said his name was fred the pharmacist. He didn't want to look up my son's profile then lied and said his lancets wasn't in the profile but my son has been getting the medication for over a year at this point. He then placed me on hold twenty more mins I asked for manager he put me back on hold. Now I'm in the line. These people are rude unprofessional and definitely don't need to be in this profession.

The pharmacy hours are not listed separately than the store hours, they close earlier than the store on Saturday. I stood in the drive-through line for 20 minutes, and as soon as I got to the window, the gate was shut as my car pulled up I proceeded to go inside to ask for my infants medicine, and they tell me there’s nothing they can do as the register is closed . Worst customer service ever!

Peach (white) lady refuse to call my insurance very rude talking to the person next to her … saying it’s Friday I’m not calling no insurance like I couldn’t hear her then she stated it’s going to awhile before we call with an attitude
Why I wasn’t rude did exactly what I was told to do. Yes it was busy I understood but to talk under your breath with the customer there she needs to be put way in the back & not deal with customer …

Don't even bother. They don't answer the phones. Terrible customer service from this place. No excuse, we are no longer in a pandemic. Hire more people.
