Today I was shocked by the excellent service provided by Ronda. Ronda was friendly and so professional. She treated me as she was happy that I came in. She treated everyone in line the same. My previous experience at this CVS was horrible and made me never want to return to the store. I tried this location because they had the medication I needed in stock. What a big change from my previous experience. I'm actually glad that I chose this location!

I never see an employee. When I am ready to check out, I have to holler and ask if anyone is there. If they have a Loss at that store it might be because no one is never at the front of the store. Never been able to find the items that are on sale or at other stores.

This is by FAR the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had. The wait times are ridiculous, I hate I have to use CVS Caremark for prescriptions through my insurance plan provided by my employer. I'd rather pay more for my meds at Publix where it's not covered than to deal with them. I really feel like it's an internal issues because it looks like a lot of people have had the same experience at different locations.

I really don't understand why prescriptions are never ready when they state they will be. I specifically called to check on my prescription my doctor called in and I was told it would be ready by 7pm or 7:30 pm. I come the NEXT DAY at 12:30pm and they are still " working on it". So guess what I am doing to pass the time...?

I just came from this particular pharmacy. It was the dirtiest CVS I've ever been in. I arrived at this store just after they opened and there was trash all the floor over the entire store, especially the pharmacy area. I decided to sit in one of the chairs in the pharmacy while waiting for a prescription to be filled and I had to literally move pieces of trash out of the chair before I could sit down. I sincerely hope someone in upper level management reads this and corrects the problem.

If you have 20 or more minutes to wait in the drive thru, then have to put up with employees with an attitude, go ahead and frequent this CVS. Don't know if this is due to bad management or just needing more employees in the pharmacy, or a little of both, but it is an internal problem that shouldn't spill out to the customer.
