Very poor communication skills. Didn't inform that you have to do TWO APPs to pick up a vehicle. Wasted 3 hours and no apology. No heads up you needed an extra app.

i bought a 2016 ram, suppose to be run an drive and the engine had no oil,engine damaged 100%, pictures of front shows both headlights and one is missing and front upper bumper pad too, the truck driver took pictures before he picked it up.

The ladies that helped me get my car tag were very nice & helpful.Only negative was trying to call bf driving there. No one ever answered phone & then after being on hold, hung up.It's a very busy place, lots of tow trucks, 18 wheeler transports, & vehicles, so parking is limited.
