I came in one day earlier this week and had the worst experience. First, when I entered the store no one greeted me. I couldn’t find the item that I was looking for and I was hoping someone would ask me if I needed help but I was never asked. When I finally found the item, I took it to the counter to be rung up. I asked the Cashier if the item was the right one for my car. I told him the type car I drove and he said “ what is that?” I repeated it again and he stated “ I’ve never heard of that car before” I was hoping that he would just come outside to see what the car looked like but he did not. Btw I drive a Nissan so it’s not a complicated car. I went ahead and bought the item and gave him a $20 bill. He went on to say that he didn’t have the change to give me back, acting as if I was causing the issue, which was $4 plus the change. I’m standing there not knowing what to do because I wanted my change back, he acted as if he had no clue himself what to do. I asked if he had quarters, I would just take those, he said he didn’t have those either. At this point I was super annoyed because I just wanted to get my change and leave. He finally came up with some form of solution but I ended up being short changed in the midst of it. He treated me as if I was inconveniencing him. That was my first time going into this particular location and that was also my last. I’m not from the area, I was there visiting family. I’ve never been treated like this at an Auto-zone before. It left me embarrassed because other customers that were in line witnessed it, and I was also upset because I wasn’t treated with respect and dignity. I’m very disappointed.
I think all of these 5 star reviews must be family members and friends and possibly employees , I’m convinced of it.

the worst customer service ever at an autozone. went for a battery core refund and to buy a headlight. the young man was rude, definitely doesn't need to be in any kind of job that requires people skills. find another auto shop anywhere else. any drive will be worth it.

Went to AutoZone after going to Advance and bought a battery and they couldn’t put it in and NAPA didn’t have one. Manager Jocelyn is the light of this place ?

I absolutely hate this store I drive 20 miles away to go to a different autozone because everyone’s attitude in this one is terrible. They don’t want to help you whether it’s slow or busy. Then when telling them what you need they try to over talk you & it’s wrong info they are over talking you about,then after running their mouth they tell you they don’t even have the part which is a waste of time. The service is absolutely terrible & they have absolutely no knowledge on vehicles even minor things like windshield wipers stump them & I was really excited because it’s all female staff & literally 5 miles from my house.

Worst AutoZone I’ve ever visited. The associated checked s young ladies battery and told her the battery wasn’t any good. But, actually he didn’t know where or how to place the tester on the battery. Why do I know he did the wrong thing I asked him to do the same for me. He repeated the same thing and my friend corrected him and showed him how to use the tester.

This is the GREATEST experience that I have EVER had at an Auto Zone in my life! My battery was dead and I was super stressed because I needed to get to work I walked in and as soon as I walked in JAYDEN was smiling and offered assistance immediately! His smile calmed me he was extremely helpful he asked what could he help me with I told him what my issue was he immediately assessed the situation went to my truck and checked my battery found the right battery and told me not to worry he was going to handle it for me. He was extremely confident and he changed my battery immediately! The entire time he smiled and asked me about my day . This was TOP NOTCH service! Everyone in this store was very friendly and polite they were professional and if I could give JAYDEN 1 million stars I would he’s definitely a keeper somebody give him a raise! He was very attentive and he thanked me for my service as a United States Marine Corps veteran!! That sealed the deal! We as veterans appreciate hearing that! Iwill be returning to this store for ALL of my auto needs! You should go check it out you will be VERY satisfied! GREAT JOB JAYDEN!!!
