Recently purchased a vehicle AutoNation Auto Auction Atlanta, found out a few weeks later the vehicle has frame damage reported (Which was not disclosed at the sale), I called to get help and ask how best to handle this situation, I was told it was not their responsibility to disclose this information. How does a dealership/buyer protect ourselves and our customers from an auction knowingly or unknowingly selling vehicles with frame damage without disclosing it?! According to
