The Ameris Bank Branch Service Manager, Heather Hale, was very professional and helpful. She made the process of opening my husband’s checking account very smooth and easy. She addressed all his concerns to make sure that he chose the best option for him. We would highly recommend her to anyone else who would be in need of her services.

I'm so glad to be with Ameris bank. I've been with Ameris 20+ years. Just recently I was having problems purchasing things with my debit card. It kept declining and I knew I had money in the bank. I went to Ameris bank in Ellaville, Ga and Cami the teller, Jennifer personal banker, and Heather the branch manager went into action to get this resolved. There was someone that was impersonating me in Florida. Heather said she was going to close my old account and issue me a new account and debit card. Jennifer finished it all out for me. Thank God no monies was taken out because as soon as Ameris recognize it wasn't normal they locked down my account. I just want to give a big thank you to Ameris and the ladies at Ameris in Ellaville. This could have been a nightmare but was stopped. ????

So far it’s been great! I’ve only had the account a day or so. I was able to open an account online and make a deposit into it. In just a few minutes I was able to accomplish what I thought would take forever. Thank you Ameris Bank. This was painless!!
