  Customer service is just horrible. They make mistakes and blame it on you. Always, always check behind them and ask for a receipt, as they won't automatically give you one.

  Never delivers packages as they’re lazy, saying that no one was home when they never knocked in the first place, tried to say a large package ( a desk) couldn’t fit in the mailbox, of course, bring it to the front door.
