I always have difficulty when using the kiosks for checkout at this location. The staff seem to be too busy to help. Fueling at this location is usually painless and it is a busy, popular place but I never have good experiences with the kitchen.

The lady name Elaine in the kitchen isn't friendly at all when I came in I tried to ask her a question she ignored me the other lady with blonde hair help me answered my question I was inquiring about mash potatoes. I asked the blonde haired lady was she hard of hearing she said no so, I placed my order and proceeded to ask another question she ignored me again and the blonde haired lady help me again Elaine wasn't friendly at all I guess these are the type of people Greg Parker like to hire I know my money won't shut his store down but I want to back to that one ever again

This company and their employees are discriminating. After paying for my gas I requested an item from behind the counter. I have a VALID driver’s license. The cashier refused to take my I.D and told me they couldn’t accept it. Again, my ID is VALID. After refusing to serve me. A white woman in line next me was also needing to purchase an item that required the cashier to check her ID. THE CASHIER NEVER CARDED HER BUT CONTINUED TO CASH HER OUT WITH THE ITEM. This is unacceptable. I have made a complaint to the Mgr. Who claimed her name is J. I tried speaking to the Mgr on duty, who again was no help to me at all. So I will not be spending my hard earned money in a store where white is superior. You will be hearing from my attorney. Time and date of incident Friday Dec 29 at around 6pm.

Parkers is getting a little out of the hand with not having any customer service. Everything is self checkout, self-order, self bag, and there's employees just standing around staring at you. Nobody greets you and nobody asks if you need help. The guy in front of me wasn't familiar with ordering. They just stared at him until finally he asked if someone could help him and they just pointed to the screen. Simply sad.

We are on our way back to Atlanta from Savannah. We were looking for a chick fil a on hwy 16 but decided to get off and go to Parker’s kitchen for breakfast! Best biscuits and grits I’ve ever eaten! Try it, you’ll love it!

Standing in line to get my cold sandwich, then stand in line to check out only for a damn computer to tell me that it only takes debit or credit. Baloney I’ll go to Enmarket from now on! More of the left, trying to do away with cash, I guess!

The place was clean, but the food looked greasy and all they offered was fried food.The bathroom was clean and there was a variety of drinks, snacks, salads and items like boiled eggs for someone grabbing some quick protein for work, etc.The employees were not helpful or friendly. Another customer actually helped us to navigate the self-checkout.
