They could have saved my best friend again we had 8 dogs that we took to them even though they are more expensive than every body else o lot more but all ways did a stand up job they saved 3 of my dogs life unfortunately I'm going through a device right now so things are a little tight right now they had seven of them dogs since they were puppies my Great Pyrenees kept having seizures it is a rare thing filled it out I figured it out I can't tell you how many thousands of dollars I spent on that my best friend sweet pea she went into heat and she got an infection her uterus is swollen up had to do an emergency surgery on her they saved your life that cost me $2,500 I did not care about the money I got it to them I did not care about the money I care about my dog's life because she is a very special dog to me and once again she is sick I had to take her to another vet because I went in there I told him I needed to bring the money back to them I just rushed her in they're like no we need the $85 we'll take it now but my dog is sitting there dying if we would have jumped on it right away it could have saved her life she is now sitting here and I'm watching her die you know we have put two dogs on heartworm treatments there emergency surgery two dogs that spent weeks in their Hospital over the past 6 or 7 years we have spent well over $10,000 in that place a lot of money they known my dog since they were puppies all but one because we had her for 18 years I see what people wrote that they treated their dogs like family they have never had a problem getting money out of me they sure did not treat my dog like family I did not ask him to do anything for free I did not ask them to do anything on a discount I just simply asked them to let me bring the $85 back let's don't get into what the procedure would have caused they wouldn't even let me bring $85 back to them for the visit I would have sold all my tractors I would sell my boat I would sell all my guns I have plenty of assets to liquidate out to save my best friend's life my daughter put a fundraiser on Facebook to try to come up with the money for her I do understand that that is a business and the only way they can stay in business is to collect money you would think that after all these years and all the money that they got for me that they could have worked with me this one time and save my dog's life the only time that I have ever asked anything out of anybody for one of my animals going through a divorce will really hurt you in your money and your income I just thought that we were better customers than that people have told me that they have saved their animals and didn't even charge them and they have never been there before but here we are that goes to them for everything and they couldn't even wait for me to bring $85 back and I'm talking about the same day I just didn't have my wallet or nothing on me I just got a key to that as quick as I could and that lady at the front desk was so rude and nasty about it if she was not a female I will not call her a lady but if she was other than a female that might have went different I have never felt so unwanted like I was a nuisance bringing my dog in there they dare me all how could I I like to send out a special thank you to Black Creek Animal Hospital thank you for backing me up for being such a loyal customer and you're taking care of all my animals and all the money I spent with y'all thank you so much for really helping me out and just sit here and let me watch my best friend die I think your price was like $180 to put her down and get her out of her suffering the vet in Bloomingdale is $70 $110 different that is how much overpriced star are that is what kind of money we've been paying y'all all these years but we did not care because we did get good service for our animals until we didn't and when we didn't it when it really counted I'm just really wondering how can you treat other people's dog like fami

Bob and Cookie love all the staff and especially Dr. Gregory. We have been going to them for years. They are also fantastic at boarding too! We will never go to another vet office. Black Creek Animal Hospital is my fur babies second home

I can’t think Dr. Gregory and BCAH enough for always giving there best. Dr. Gregory is one of the best vets that I know. I brought my dog in because he was throwing up and just did not seem his self. I gave Dr. Gregory a history of everything that was going on and with no time he knew what was going on with him. He did what needed to be done and sent him home with some medications and he was already doing better by the next day!

Not nice at all. Told him I had four more kittens sick. Just like the one I bought in. When I called and made appointment she said bring just one. And he said he have to see all them I said I can’t afford all them they were rescued baby he said well don’t worry about them than. All vets I talk to said just bring one and they give medicine. Probably was they all booked until June. He wasn’t nice all never again it not the first I went to him a couple of years ago. And same thing

My wife and I cannot thank Black Creek enough for the care they provided to our fur babies. The Vet really knew his stuff and the staff was so kind and efficient! My wife is VERY particular about who cares for our pets and for her to have no concerns or complaints is a true testament to this place!

I have had the pleasure of visiting this clinic more than once. Every time I have felt the kindness and compassion Dr. Gregory and his team have for not only my animals, but for all the others visiting as well. When having to have a beloved dog euthanized, they were all there to offer support and condolences. They even took prints of her nose and paws without me having to ask. They never rushed me or tried to make me leave before I was ready. Even before hand they gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. Cannot recommend them enough! Thanks Black Creek, Sara
