If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have had Zito Media internet service for 1 year. I have always had their highest internet speed (gig speed, or 1000 MB/S) but have never seen more than 10 MB/S. I have never once spoken to an American representative of the company which has introduced a massive language barrier. I do not recommend this service compared to other internet providers that are available.

Taking advantage of the elderly and 2nd home owners. Called for tech 3x to say THEIR box isn’t working with a computer plugged directly into one of the 3 ports. All the northern customer service reps say is we can see there is service coming into the home. But we don’t service personal routers. Lol. We are talking the medium between router and your connection aka your output box. Will send a tech. Only one that ever came said we would have to recall and tell them something or other. Couldn’t understand what transpired btw my parents and the tech who did come once that equaled calling on my parents behalf again only to be told the same things over and over. For the price and customer service along with the fact that they obviously think just bc we have southern accents we are idiots or something; I think it’s some of the worst internet we’ve ever had. Im on the phone data as we speak. And fyi I’m technologically savy enough I don’t need you explaining bandwidth to me while I try to explain that only one port out of the 3 from your box is producing any signal whatsoever. If 2/3 is out that means T E C H I C I AN please come service the equipment. Just stick to your phone data if you are visiting for the price.

We have had such a horrible experience with Zito. If you can go with another internet provider, I would suggest it. The coverage goes out with rain, it takes over 24 hours at the least to be restored if not way longer, and customer service is not local and cannot tell when internet would be restored or not. Fortunately, we now have other options in our area we are switching to.

The absolute worst. I would go without internet before I used this company ever again. This is a pathetic excuse of a business and I would NEVER recommend.

Just downright awful! Good news is that the installation for my new fiber optic internet from a completely different provider has been scheduled. I can't wait until I can look at this company in my rearview mirror!

Zito Media is the absolute WORST internet I have ever had. Internet is constantly going out daily. When you call about it, it's the same excuse each time. I cannot wait for another provider to come out this way so we can switch.

I’m paying $85 dollars a month for high speed but when I do a speed test I get fair connection. Don’t waist your money. They are stealing money.

1 star is being far to generous! The Customer Service is horrible. Our internet has been down all week, I have called multiple times on Monday to report it, and was argued with that there was no outage and they “put in a ticket” someone would be there Wednesday. Well Wednesday rolled around and nobody showed up. Called them Wednesday night and there was never a work order put in, so the nice lady put one in for Friday. I made sure someone was home during the scheduled appointment time and Nobody showed up, and now there is a known outage for the area. Customer service reps talk down to you and treat you like you are dumb. They do not answer questions, only talk in circles and avoid answering. This is not the first time we’ve had an outage. We have had 3 in the last 2 months, this is just the longest one so far. They should have never switched from a local office. I have been a loyal customer for almost 6 years now and the service has gotten horrible. 10/10 I do NOT recommend.When Tri County finished our area I am making the switch.

The worst customer service! I do not recommend this company at all!! They are not accessible for customer service when needed and do not fulfill work orders. Our cable line laid in the open in our yard for over a year before they buried it. It takes over 30 minutes to get a rep on the phone. Do not go with this company, they should not be doing business!

Hands down the worst internet provider I have ever had. Constant issues, internet always going in and out, takes 20 minutes to reach a customer service rep, and technicians are the absolute slowest at reestablishing connection during an outage. There’s been an orange cable sitting in my yard for 8 months because they refuse to get the registration for their trailer that’s holds the ditch witch. Highly recommend going with someone else if you have an option and staying away from these clowns.
