Update: 12/22/19 Ok, Xcelerate was bought out by Zito Media. Now, my internet is sketchy, running about half the speed of what I'm paying for and customer service is rotten.Old Review:I've had Xcelerate Broadband internet since they arrived in the Eatoton area. My old provider used the antiquated phone lines that left my internet experience .... nonexistent. Thankfully Xcelerate showed up and I started with the 15Mb service and that was awesome till, I needed more speed. In May of this year I needed to upgrade. The guys at Xcelerate stepped up and provided a stable, high speed service that will meet my needs for the foreseeable future. I did have to purchase a third party router but that was not an issue for me because frankly, it was time to upgrade my router anyway. I've been told that Xcelerate now has a second trunk line as a backup to the primary line so outages should be non existent. Not that I've had a problem with downtime it's just good to know. In closing, I highly recommend Xcelerate Broadband Internet. If your frustrated with your current provider, fire them and get Xcelerate. Happy Streaming !!!

The worst cable and the worst service EVER!! If I come to my lake house 20 times I have problems with the cable 20 times. I can’t imagine having to deal with this if I lived here full time. This is really a joke. They have been here so many times they know where I hide the key. Half the time I don’t even call we just don’t watch TV. This place is a JOKE.

If I had a choice I wouldn’t use them as we can’t get a different provider for our apartments I am stuck with them. When it is working it either is at slower than paid for speeds or barely where it needs to be. The rest of the time it will randomly stop working all together and won’t come back on for several hours to multiple days.To this business I apologize. Xcellerate networks actually has it as xcellerate broadband on the flyers thye have at our complex.

The customer service rep that was working last week, hung up on my husband because he raised his voice at her because she would not listen to what he was trying to tell her. I have been in customer service/ sales for many years and the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! I guess they do not teach them that concept. The person that hung up was a woman, the previous person we with was a man and he was great.
For the past few days we cannot call alot of numbers from our house phone , it gives us a recording stating the number is not recognized , last week our internet would not work, but the bill is always the same!!!! We left a msg for customer service yesterday morning and as of now , NO CALL BACK...........

Terrible internet. Had to install our own router from Walmart to the tune of $190. Have had trouble since we had them install their junk. It has never performed as billed. I have use my iphone to post this review.They have a very limited channel package with zero premium movie channels for a $150 a month. They do not give you a channel sheet or even a guide for your remote or any the boxes. You would be better with a bigger carrier imhohave a very limited channel package for &$150 a month. You have

This state of the art fiber optic system is absolutely outstanding. We have the 15 mb, tv, and phone.The internet actually runs consistently at 17 mb up and 17 mb down. Only had one problem, a bad remote. The company sent out a new one the next day. This bundle is less expensive than any sat and land line.
