Joke of an establishment. Incompetent clerk with little understanding of their own policies re: U-Haul pickup/drop-off. Customer service from U-Haul noted they were likely to pull their franchise. Not at all surprised

Went to drop off a Uhaul trailer and was told they were not accepting trailers and to come back on Monday. Terrible customer service. Made no effort to try to solve the issue.
