Jordan did a wonderful job awhile ago. Haven't been able to get an appointment.Called them 3 weeks ago trying to set up an appointment for my daughter and they blew me off. Very sad . Will not be returning....think twice if your a new client.... they don't respond

Christy Thigpen gives me the best styling I've ever had & she does so consistently! I've never had so many positive unsolicited compliments on a hair style before! I've not had to wait more than a day or so for a appointment. She's always been on time. After a shampoo (Which is great on its own, I mean who would complain about a good looking gal running her finger's thru your hair right¿) & styling I'm out the door in no time flat knowing that I'm looking my very best. I've been going to her for more than a year now & I wouldn't think of going elsewhere unless I was just forced to.

Gouged one side of my mustache and didnt say anything.
Couldnt see it until i got home.
Did a bad job on my haircut too.
Worst haircut ive ever had.
Cost way to much too. Gave her a 5 dollar tip trying to be nice but should have held onto my money.
Im never going here again.
Theres a lady in Covington I usually go to and will continue to go there especially after this disaster. My backyard had a tornado go through it recently and it looks better than this.

Came in today for a quick trim for me and my mom. The staff was super nice and the salon was very clean and well kept. Logan took care of both of us and she did an AMAZING job. We will definitely be using this salon for all our family's hair needs from now on.

Sign said walk in welcome, I took my granddaughter for a cut, NOPE, said they wasn't doing walk ins. Maybe just a hint, CHANGE YOUR SIGN.
