I placed my order for a storage building online. The process to design your building was very easy to navigate. I waited about 2 weeks and finally called when I hadn’t heard anything. I ended up ordering even though I was irritated about the ball being dropped on my order. Took just shy of 6 weeks to build it. The delivery process was great. Richard worked with me to fit my schedule and made quick work of getting it in place. Very pleased with that part of the process.

Hands down best price for great construction. We shopped for weeks comparing prices and quality. The "competition" either was same price with really poor construction or over priced BY THOUSANDS with metal materials that limited interior options. This company is GREAT and even customized exterior to look like our home exterior with still the lowest price. Our delivery/ placement expert Richard was great and was very receptive to my request to change the angle of the placement to suit my OCD lol. Great job. Highly recommend. Thank you Richard.

I called about 8 weeks ago and ordered a 12x24 foot building through Renee, She was very helpful and told me it would take 8-9 weeks to get the building. They call me almost 2 weeks ago to tell me it was ready. I asked them to hold it until today, and they did. Richard delivered it today and was setting it up when Brian (one of the owners) showed up to see how it was going and to make sure I was happy. I love it to say the least. My thanks to everyone at SPB and mainly to Renee, Richard, and Brian.

We worked with Renee and Chris to order a 12x24 storage building for our Food Bank ( ACTS ). Both were very professional , friendly and easy to work with. We are very pleased with our building and would highly recommend Southeastern to anyone shopping for a storage building. Richard installed our building and we were very impressed with his knowledge and hard work. He made sure we were happy before he left.

I dealt with Renee and Chris on the phone and in person; Richard is the one who actually delivered our building. I was very satisfied with the entire experience!! They showed me around the property ro help me find a building to meet my needs and the paperwork and purchase process was painless! Delivery happened sooner than expected and Richard was very patient, helping me make sure that I would be satisfied with the placement of the building. 10/10!!

This company is the BEST!!! The REAL DEAL of good wholesome people. After my ex-husband exhausted every avenue of making my life complicated, his last effort was to try to have the building "returned" that was in his name on my property. This could only occur if my privacy fence was taken down and the building that is 12x24 and packed full was unpacked. Richard, from this company did not have to but gave me a curtesy call and informed me of what was going on. Having four rescue dogs, our fence is vital for their safety and wellbeing. Not to mention the situation being traumatic to my teen boys. He not only helped by making additional phone calls to the ex, being open to speaking to the police for me, but was also immensely helpful in keeping me positive and providing me ideas, encouragement, and a way to resolve the situation. He checked on me and my children to make sure I had the phone numbers and extensions I needed in order to conduct business. After being able to save my fence, assume the remainder of the lease, and have the building put into my name, Richard and his "boss man" even reached back out to me to say if I ever needed anything, they are "just a call away". There are no words of gratitude for kind hearted people like these gentleman! Especially for a single mom who is a survivor of domestic abuse. THANK YOU, SOUTHEASTERN PORTABLE BUILDINGS!! You truly have angels working for you!!

The guys delivered our building today. They did a awesome job setting it up as we got one that is 12x36, and they set it up behind the house. The 2 guys were very friendly and helpful, I will definitely use them again.

We’ve been working with Southeastern Buildings to design our shed. It was delivered today, and we are very pleased with everything. Chris and Renee in the office were so easy to work with, and so helpful and patient. Richard delivered and installed our shed, and he was professional and polite. It’s amazing that he was able to do everything himself with minimal sod damage after all the rain we’ve had. We recommend Southeastern Buildings for all your shed needs. They are near the county buildings down the road from Ingles.

The customer service provided by these people is outstanding! They worked with me to customize my building just as I envisioned it. We added windows and a veranda. The gentlemen that delivered it were professional and courteous. It was delivered as scheduled. I couldn’t be happier.
