It was ok ppl were ok nothing bad happened was giving info I asked about was shown available pets to adopt can't complain they just seemed more interested in anything else other than what I was asking about . Not a bad experience but not the best experience I'd try them again but not any time soon ..maybe next time will be better

called because my dog got picked up and the lady on the phone was rude and said someone signed her over to them when no one did and now i can’t get my dog back

Very clean, polite, knowledgeable, animals appear to be well taken care of.As of a couple weeks ago this place informed me that it's okay for people to use their dog's to terrorize your autistic child (as long as the dog or dogs are behind a fence.) But it's against the law for me to use music to drown out the barking. Even if it's music by Mozart ⁉️ But thank the Lord our new neighbors did something to be very helpful for my autistic son ‼️ The city police seem to be much better people,more understanding, and try to remedy the situation ‼️

All the animals are so well behaved and taken care of beautifully. Adoption fees are cheap, and the staff works hard for the animals. Will definitely adopt from here again
