Tammy was not helpful at all. Not very professional. Do not go to them for assistance. There are other brokers that are better and more helpful. Georgias Home Team Realty was so much better. Faster and more efficient and didn't seem like they were out for money but we're actually there to help me.

Lane Realty has been great to work with. Tammy helped my parents buy their dream lake house over 17 years ago. Over the years she's always been glad to provide advice & referrals to our family.When it was time to sell, we naturally asked Lane Realty to handle it. Jennie Kiplinger handled the transaction, and she went above & beyond in helping us get the house sold. Tammy Lankford of Lane Realty was my realtor when I purchased my first home 2 1/2 years ago. Because I was moving from out of state, I looked at online reviews and contacted a few agents before I decided who to work with. I needed an agent who was very familiar with the area and it's housing trends, would be responsive, and who could help guide me through the first-time process. I wanted the right fit, and didn't want to feel like I was getting "sold" on something that wasn't my best option. Tammy was all of that and more. She knows the lake area through and through. She was accommodating to my schedule, and she connected me with several necessary contacts from lenders to electricians, many of which I still use. Tammy talked sense into me when weighing the pros and cons of certain properties, she made great recommendations that helped me pick a location that was perfect for me and suited my budget, then navigated negotiations and got us to a closing date efficiently. Above all, she she was patient and fun to house hunt with. Her services did not stop with the closing, and I can't count the number of times I've reached out to her since with all sorts of area questions. The service I received from Lane Realty made all the difference, and I will definitely work with Tammy again in the future. Highly recommend!

I just purchased my first home with Tammy, and she was absolutely the right choice. She knew the area in and out, answered all of my questions above and beyond what I needed, and always went the extra mile. She always returned my many calls and emails promptly. She didn't pressure me into finding the perfect one (and I dragged her all over this town on 12 hour viewing marathons), or to go above budget, nor did she let me make any bad decisions in the name of a sale, either. I felt no stone was left unturned and everything was to the letter when it came time for contracts. Each and every referral she has given me from lender to lawyer to plumber has been exceptional as well. I've been in the house a week now, and the service hasn't quit. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Tammy again, and will 100% do so when it's time to. Too often you either get someone friendly OR someone excellent at their job, but Tammy was genuinely both. I came out of this satisfied with my purchase experience and final pricing, and knowing I have a new friend and good neighbor. When it's time to list this house and start the purchase process again, I won't hesitate to call Tammy Lankford.

Joe Walton was our realtor at Lane Realty.I recommend Joe for ALL young, first-time home buyers. Joe was incredibly patient as I inundated him with questions. He was diligent in finding information for us when we requested it and very timely. And, he anticipated the difficulties we would have as young, first-time home buyers and presented us with GOOD information that we would have NEVER thought to ask about.We started this process with a realtor and ended with a friend.
