Upon showing up on time for my appointment and entering the salon no one even bothered to pause their conversation to greet me, however, I did hear a whisper to the woman sitting in the chair who had clearly just began to have her roots clored that I was her 11:00am appointment. After I initiated conversation I was told it would be a few minutes. As I am sitting and waiting I hear the conversation being held between the employees and it becomes clear the stylist that is supposed to be doing my hair (the one having her hair done) is double booked. Keep in mind no one has said a word to me outside of it will be a few minutes, so at this point I am frustrated and told them I was going to run next door, but I would be right back. Then, I was told it would be twenty more minutes. My final thought is I felt like my business was not only unappreciated, but also unwanted. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
