Amazing experience and great staff. This was the only vet clinic in my area to take my sick kitten in for an exam to find out what was wrong the same day. Super time efficient and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Definitely recommend this clinic!

The female vet in the office is disgustingly snooty and will look down her nose at you every time. Went for a tail doc on an English bulldog puppy as the tail causes hygiene issues. They scheduled me for an English bulldog tail doc on the phone. She refused to do it and gave me reasons that are not even fact and before she told us she stood in the back and condescendingly spoke down about us even having the tail fixed. It was unbelievable and she does it every time I go. Dr Mcfaddin has treated me professionally but the other vet is ridiculous. I will spend my money elsewhere. Attached is the picture of the tail dock from another vet and it took 5 min and was less than $20 dollars.

Was our vet for over 20 years and was satisfied with the care our pets received. Unfortunately, on April 4th of last year, my precious Daisy choked to death in the exam room. They never came out and told me there was a problem until she was already dead. She wasn't even sick. This has destroyed me.

I've been going to Dr Sammy McFaddin for over 17 years... don't know what happened but he can't be found. maybe he retired or sick but new people are rude. every time I ask about Sammy- not there/ vacaction whatever. not going back... moved on to Dr Campbell

Seriously the best. They have cared for all of my parents animals for my entire life, always with compassion and understanding. When my daddy had to put his 17 year old toy poodle down, they took care of her AND my daddy, even sending a beautiful condolence card to him. They went above and beyond treating one of the cats for an antibiotic resistant infection that ultimately resulted in amputating his front leg and keeping him until the wound fully healed. There is no one better in the area!
