What a gorgeous spot. We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely home to stay in while on vacation visiting family here in Eatonton. Karen & Richard are so nice. Karen is the best chef, she makes an incredible breakfast!Rooms: The rooms are spacious with gorgeous antique furniture, with lots of art and plants. They are very comfortable!Food & drinks: Breakfast is amazing!! Home cooked meals can’t be beat!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here the lady who is the owner and her son very very nice people such a clean place the lady went over and beyond by the time we woke up breakfast was already ready and not only that she sat down and was talking to us very caring lady I really recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I just called to reserve rooms for my wedding and these are the nicest people. The lovely lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and down to earth. What a breath of fresh air amongst so much chaotic wedding planning. I will definitely be sending my guests here. ❤️

This was my fiancé and I’s first time ever staying in an Airbnb. We were not sure what to expect.. But, we are so very happy with our decision! Karen did a wonderful job hosting us. I can only hope the rest of our Airbnb stays are as wonderful as this one. The home, decor, garden, and rooms are so beautiful and well maintained. The home itself is a work of art. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Karen started us off with delicious fruit and yogurt. The main course was homemade French Toast, crispy bacon, and delicious eggs cooked to our preference. Juice, Tea, & Coffee were all provided as well. Absolutely delicious! All I can say is Karen went above an beyond our expectations! Absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!

What a treat to stay at this home! Karen accepted my late request to stay overnight as I was traveling through and had some mechanical issues with my car. She and her family are the sweetest! Very knowledgeable and well traveled people who make you feel very accommodated and cared for. The rooms are absolutely incredible, and the library is so cozy! I wish I had more time to spend there. Karen is an AMAZING chef!! The breakfast in the morning is alone worth the stay! I would travel far out of my way to go to this place again-it's truly a gem! Thank you for the pleasure of staying in your home and for all the help and support you provided to help get me and my car up and running again:)
