I went into this store at 9:30 PM tonight, and as I got to the front to checkout, nobody was there. The self checkout was down. And no cashier or other customer was in the store. I literally hollard at the top of my lungs for about 15 minutes and nobody came to check me out. Finally after I had decided to walk out this creepy store with nobody else in it, as I opened the door to walk outside, the little cashier was sitting outside on the curb directly in front of the door. She appeared skinny with short braids or dreads hanging from her head. She must've heard me asking for help. I really needed to check out and I believe she ignored me. When she finally came inside to check me out, she seemed kinda bitter. She acted like she owned the place and decided who to give services to or not. That type of self entitled attitude/spirit is a very bad way to be. Nobody wants to be around people like that. Very fake customer service.

Somebody please help the store or close it down
Filthy and disorganized store Lacking and lazy managment!! Nasty attitude from pregnant cashier! Very pathetic to get all that attitude for no reason when I spend hundreds of dollars weekly in that store. Looks like dollar general on the lake will get my money from now on.
Ok so still sitting in the parking lot as I typed this, I don’t know why I continue to come into the store to be honest I don’t know why I do that to myself when the manager acts like she is inconvenienced when the registers do not work properly coupons do not go in correctly into the registers and she acts like it’s your fault if an item doesn’t scan correctly or for any other reason like it’s an inconvenience for her and she let everyone in line and in the store nearby know this if she doesn’t wanna be here why is she still here? Same with the cashiers if they don’t wanna be here why are they here? The store is dirty and disgusting disorganized and from the down it’s just I have to take a blood pressure pill when I leave here. It’s ridiculous somebody please help this store.

Absolutely love this location:) the pink haired girl, D was extremely helpful, Aj is one of the hardest working stockers I’ve witnessed and they both deserve a pay raise? and the store manager Mrs Ida, works hard ,very nice and assertive plus needs more workers there to help and deserves a vacation

Absolutely awful! First visit a pink haired black girl was very rude and had an attitude towards me for no reason. Employees are rude and lazy. The second time I visited the store I witnessed the store manager (latino American woman) yelling at a new employee and asking if she was stupid at the cash register over a mistake that was actually my fault. Other customers that came from the back heard the yelling and told me that this store manager is always like that. I can't believe that poor working at the register girl didn't quit right then and there. I felt so bad for her dealing with that type of mental abuse. The girl that experienced the abuse was actually the only one with a smile on her face, greeted me, and asked if i needed help finding anything. I will never return to this store again unless that store manager is removed.

Customer Service is horrible and they’re always closed. The store hours are opened until 10pm however it’s 7:10 pm and the doors are locked as usual. It’s obvious someone is inside because it’s 2 operable cars in the parking lot.. I guess they just get paid to be in the store and not give customer service.. Just poor customer service and bad management!!

Good place to get inexpensive things that you can use..cleaning products, personal hygiene products, paper products seasonal knick knacks...just general things.A great place to spend an hour or so
