Still waiting on an issue that has been pending for over 2 weeks. Was sold a bad product, too difficult to get a warranty issue resolved. Little or no help-no updates. Terrible service from start to finish. Do not trust the warranty they promote.

This is the first auto zone I've been to that wouldn't put my brake light bulbs in. I was told they only did headlights which made no sense to me.

Needed new Vent Visors for my Nissan truck. They had a ton of Vent Visors to look at, just none that I could buy. None made for a Nissan, not one.
By the way, the employees just sat on their uh...er...hands!
Never asked if they could help me.
I won't shop here again.

We got stuck in the rain with a two hour drive, no wipers and no open shops. The young man working Saturday night tried everything to help with the possible fuse issue and then as a last option, suggested RainX. It worked perfectly and got us home safely.
