That all of the employees at Ace Hardware were very welcoming and helpful to me finding the things that I need to survive the week of hurricane Haily. Preston and I talked about generators, gas cans, and storm preparation and recovery. Come here for all of your hardware needs!

Purchased an air mattress from this store just to find it had a hole when we tried to blow it up. We were vacationing here so on our way out we went to return it but the store was closed. They said we were only allowed to return to that specific location even though we’re now hours away. Asked if there was anything we could do and the workers at this location were very rude and unhelpful. So, where supposed to just eat a $100 defective product even though you sell this air mattress online and at other location? Terrible policy, even worse customer service.

Not customer for me and mine(in my opinion)… stay 3min from this store but I now drive the extra 10min into for a better experience. Could go into detail but… to each is own
