Worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. The nail technician ruined the almond shape of my nails leaving jagged filing marks on the ends as well as repeatedly ignored me as I told them they were leaving bubbles in the polish. I ended up speaking to another worker to show them, and they ignored as well. Not to mention they didn’t get all of my previous polish off or care to wipe off my hands where the acetone was dripping. Got deluxe Pedi for the tech to skip steps but still want full pay but would not get the polish off my skin or acknowledge he skimped on the service even the guy in the front lied when I asked for a list of services

I will only let the owner do my nails and that's the only person that has asked me if I was happy with my nails before I left his chair. I'm going back for him to do my nails for my pageant this weekend.

2 years ago I did rate 5 stars .
But today is different every foot wash tub was dirty with debree from foot cleaning .I was sat at one I asked to have it cleaned I was treated as I was trouble I had to ask to have hand towel on footrest before my painting which I was not happy with at all price and look .all three people gave me a vibe of being rude and unprofessional
