Took my vehicle in to replace the alternator, and within 6mons I was back with the same issue. 9mons later same thing. I was giving the run around by the owner and staff. My vehicle was left sitting untouched for the entire week. Through out the entire month of July I was back and forth with Eastman Automotive. Only to find out he put a remanufactured part in my vehicle.
Never again will I take a vehicle to his establishment.
Crooked, and take advantage of customers.

Went in for brakes on my Miata this week. It's an old car with odd parts so there were some issues getting the right ones but regardless, the communication was on point and their willingness to go out of their way to help was outstanding. All staff and mechanics were super nice. When they discovered I'd need rotors in addition to pads, they didn't just tell me It was needed, the tech invited me into the shop and showed me WHY they needed to be replaced. Truly transparent and helpful. There was a shipping delay causing me to have to leave the car there overnight and then the next day when they called saying my car was ready, I had no way to get there and was walking in the rain after work. The sweet lady (so sorry, I'm terrible with names!) that works at the desk in the office immediately offered to give me a ride and didn't take no for an answer. I've never gone out of my way to write a review for a business like this, but these guys deserve it. 10/10 all around, definitely bring your car here!

The people there are truly wonderful. I run over every nail in the Eastman-Cochran area. They have always taken excellent care of me. My son bought a set of Michelins for his Camaro and I guarantee you I'll be taking my Camry to them in about 5,000 more miles. Of course, I'll probably run over the only nail in a 100 mile radius again & when I do I'll guarantee that I'll be going back to them.

Had a flat otw to Eastman. They got to us within the hour. We thought we'd be spending 300+$ for the service, and it was less than half that. Highly recommend in an emergency (or not)

Truck overheated after driving from Florida for work and didn't know any repairs shops called a few places and no one answered. Called them and got my truck fix and was good to go. Thank you guys very much!!
