Called to ask price on tires mount and balanced, it's $35/tire and said "but you have to take your old tire with you". It just tells me that I'm not the customer for them. Walmart is $17 with free lifetime rotation. Walmart will get this one and another shop will get my trans work✌️

Took 6 weeks to get my vehicle back, granted that they were closed for 2 weeks for Christmas holiday but I guess I did not expect my truck to be left out in an open parking lot for that period of time. when it was time for me to pick it up, They told me the battery had gone bad and wanted to replace the battery but I told them that I would prefer to bring my own battery that I could get replaced anywhere I go. when I pick it up he tells me that he did not check the systems to see what could possibly be making the battery go dead granted that the battery was already 4 years old according to him. I have put four new O2 sensors on the vehicle but it was still throwing a code so they replaced them at $80 a piece which of course was $320 but along with their analysis my bill ended up being $789. found that a little overpriced even after living in Atlanta for years. And not the friendliest people in the world when it comes to dealing with public. They had good reviews was the reason I took it there but after I left it several my neighbors suggested strongly that I should not have taken it there!

I usually do most of the repairs on my own vehicle, however due to circumstances I didn't have the time to this time around. I sourced all the parts needed (Full kits) and double checked they were complete and CORRECT for my vehicle. Brought them and my truck to a shop locally that came highly recommended (Johnson's Automotive) to get them swapped on. The Parts needed were Water pump, Timing belt kit complete with seals and all pullies. Oil Filter relocation kit. Calculated labor costs and I was expecting something in the range of the $300. Shop had it for a week. Called yesterday they tell me $412! I am pissed cause they gouged me in labor, but I have no choice because of circumstances.. Now this morning they tell me "Bad News your starter is dead." Now keep in mind this starter was fine when I drove it in there had NO problem cranking! Unknown to them the starter is less that a year and half old! NOTHING should have been wrong with my starter it is on the opposite side of my engine from where the work was being done. He tells me "it is soaked in oil...." I know for a fact the starter was oil free prior to taking my truck in. Oil leak I had was small leak coming from the oil pan seal on bottom of my engine, so small that it doesn't effect anything. Leaves a dime size drip spot while parked for a whole day !!! I am bringing a new starter in to be put in while I wait. I will inspect the original for tampering and take appropriate action. Needless to say I will make it my mission in life that this shop never get any business from me or anyone I Know or speak to in the future. And given the work that I do, I know and speak to a LOT of people.... **Update** I had the old starter tested at parts store. And nothing wrong with it. Parts Guy says "It looked like someone poured used motor oil over it to make it look like it was bad."
