Great pedicure terrible lashes tech wanted $90 after three hours of her try to do a hybrid set obviously she only has done a few types of eyes she panicked when my eyes started watering i told her they were literally touching my eyeball but instead of removing and reapplying correctly she kept going and by the end the lashes on my right eye were coming off and hanging on the ends of my real lashes mind u i had already been there three hours so i was not about to pay full price and they were already coming off police were called by me because they were trying to argue and standing too close to my car

I made an appointment with Macy nails two weeks ahead. The morning that I'm suppose to be at that appointment, I'm told we have to reschedule because she was unable to contact me to confirm the appointment. So I tell her that I never had a call from her. Then I ask what number she called. She had my phone number wrote down incorrectly. So therefore this appointment couldn't be confirmed. I was very upset about this. I mean if your operating a business that has to confirm an appointment by phone then atleast make sure you write down the correct phone number. I will never make another appointment with this business.Service: Eyelash extensions

I have been getting my nails done for 20 years in different places and I can say Macey and her mom are the only two I have ever done business with that has done them the right way!! Perfect shape and same length on both sides, perfect nail designs every time and fantastic customer service!

I must brag on Macey. She always makes my nails look beautiful. Although times have brought on many changes and businesses in general have been impacted, Macey has never once let it impact the quality of her services. Thanks for keeping my nails beautiful.

RUDE!!! She was in there talking about another customer to someone while I was in there. Then my pedicure was half done! My feet were scrubbed, but not completely. They left dead skin visible. You could not see any dead skin when I went in, but my feet looked horrible when I left. She argued with me and said my shoe did that. I had on flip flops

I was told this was an air bubble and she can’t scrub it bc I’ll bleed. It wasn’t there when I got there! So where did it come from? This is simply where she didn’t scrub my feet good. They looked a lot better before I came. She argued me down about it. I could have done better myself!!! Macey is very rude and unprofessional! I will NEVER spend any money with them again. Mrs. Amy made a mistake selling to her. I’ll go elsewhere from now on! No wonder she is NEVER crowded.
