I had no problems with them last year but this year took a turn for the worse.The manger & yes very rude!! she will most definitely hang up in your face when you ask a simple question. When working with people you have to have a good attitude & be professional clearly two of the things she doesn’t have.. you’ll lose a lot of business like that but honestly I wish nothing but the best & I hope she works on her attitude if she’s going to be dealing with people

Tbh I wouldn’t even give this place a star but I had to. The most unprofessional place of business I ever been & then so called manger is very rude! Yells & scream at you thru the phone then Hang up in your face when you ask a simple question. Please if you need to get your taxes filed look the other way! Anywhere but here, I rather let Stevie wonder do my taxes than to ever go back here again! Such a headache NEVER AGAIN

They are horrible to use . They do not answer the phones ! They are unprofessional and rude!!!!! They do not return calls . The "manager hung up on me twice and told me they would call the police dep on me for simply asking a serious question about my taxes"......I do not recommend them at all. I would never ever use them. I inphazise!!!

Freedom Tax was a great place to file two years ago but ever since the change in management, it's awful now. This will be my last year filing here. The reps are rude, never want to answer the phone when you have a legitimate question even though they are not busy, and there are always kids in the office. Not professional at all.

Was told $75 fee but $278 being taken out of tax refund....told return back within 1-2 week, after 1 week told 21 days... was on phone handling their own personal business during entire time of filing my return....won't answer phone calls even when no customer's in office....The 5+ children do not need to be taken care of on your job! NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!
