As of 8/9/2024, I will no longer have my prescriptions filled at this store. I call and try to get help and representative disconnects call after asking them can they transfer to different store if they are not able to. Very unprofessional. Maybe another store but definitely won't be Eastman. I understand they may be having a "smoke" issue. However, they're still in the pharmacy and answering the phone just to hang up.

Absolutely adore their entire pharmacy team! They are more like family, up close and personal. They genuinely care about their customers, going above and beyond any measures to make sure you get exactly what your needing, and explain in depth anything you may or may not understand. They ALWAYS give counciling when necessary on any prescribed medication that requires it as well. The pharmacists are always willing to stop what they are doing to assist you anyway they can whether it’s answering questions you may have, concerns, or give their opinions and advice on any prescribed medication, otc medication, vitamins and even homeopathic remedies too. Ran in there on my lunch break to buy a scan disc but could not get anyone to wait on me. I knocked on the counter and called out several times to two people I could see in the back office behind the desk but they never looked up. One had his back towards me with his feet on the desk. So I left empty handed and will go to the one in Cochran after work. It's much better.
