GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Always helpful, smiling, going ABOVE and BEYOND anytime you need help. Always there when I need them. They help with issues on my account and phone that are worth way more than they are paid for! Highly recommend cricket in Eastman!!!

The absolute worst place for customer service. Been with cricket 6 or 7 years and every time you go to pay or do anything in store they either surprise close the store or the SyStEm Is DoWn, there's always an excuse. If your gonna use cricket handle all your business with them online.

I broke my phone and went to cricket wireless in Eastman for a new one and the service was great..a female associate named Bobbie helped me find what I was looking for and she was great..very nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about every device I asked her about..I highly recommend cricket wireless in Eastman

Thank you for everything you did for me. And thanks for being understanding. Especially the manager what a great help and kind person.Remember this is a new store in Eastman. They are new employees and they are setting up their business. Many things you have to learn in a new business especially training employees. Take into account these are very smart employees but they need time to learn crickets system. That takes training and it will get better. On to the network. Works great have no problem with my hotspot and not a lot of bloatware.
