My wife use to manage this store we know how it works they advertise pay attendet but cut the pump off like if u don't offer call corporate and they can change menu settings and the lady working was very rude I work in toccoa always use Murphy's up till now I will drive to Seneca Murphy's now I will never visit toccoa location agian

The manager locked the bathroom before she left for no reason... Also the staff is not friendly. The place has trash laying all in the grass.The wait time is always so long.

4 stars because I think when it’s time for shift change you should at least tend to the customers waiting in line before shutting down for what was said of about 8 min to do so. I mean there was like 6 ppl standing in line and we had been for a few min anyway. The checking out process was slow and they only paid for gas an a soda or just gas they were extremely busy at 3pm yesterday. I know when you’re shift is over you are ready to get off but still get the line down first instead of making all of us stand there even longer than we we’re already. Several walked away said they will go some where else ?

The girl Oshunia there is incredibly rude. She randomly started talking down about finances and making inappropriate comments while I was purchasing gas, entirely caught off guard. I come here all the time with no issues until now but terrible experience I’m surprised they let people work there with such a lack of customer service. another customer came up complaining about the same attendant along with my girlfriend.

If you pay with your debt card. At the register be careful they will They will double charge your card I know from experienceI paid for $25 worth of gasI ended up paying $50 for $25 worth of gas

Always friendly service here. And usually have the cheapest gas prices around. We go there everytime we need a fill up and/or nicotine products. Fairest prices for those as well.

Usually great service.Today ( May 30, 2021),The attendant on duty should be retrained for customer service.Ignoring customer at window until she slowly took the trash out and then replaced the trash bag. Not acceptable..

Just stopped at this location in Toccoa GA to get gas 10 min before the woman was rude and refused to let me buy gas will never stop there again and will not recommend this place to no one . I f I could call this woman's supervisor I would in a heartbeat. Never like to see anyone lose there job but this is one lady I would love to see get fired.
