Oil change appointment made with the quick service department. Friendly staff, fast turnaround.
Stopped by parts for a new key which they cut and programmed on the spot.
Walked into showroom and sat with Jace the marketing guy. Showed me a new model lariat and explained the features.
All 3 departments were fast, friendly, professional and helpful. Will be buying my next truck here.

I usually have very good experiences here. Always very timely, usually friendly, and they tell you what’s going on with your car. I have no complaints with the service or dealership itself, so that’s why this is 4/5.
But yesterday and today I got overwhelmingly frustrated and felt I was being lied to.
So for those of you who purchase tires at dealerships, make sure you ask if you can BUY the roadside hazard warranty on them if they don’t come with it already. Apparently they don’t just automatically offer it to you, as they should, and some don’t come with it, which I understand. But I just had to buy a 5th tire this year because it didn’t come with any warranties, nor was I offered one from Ford Motor Company in Toccoa, GA. Today when I bought the new tire, I asked if there were any coverages I could buy, and I was told no. Out of curiosity, I called Athens Ford, where I buy my cars from, and they told me they offer a warranty to purchase for every tire.
Finally, I did get a small bit of relief from Toccoa’s Ford when they called me back after speaking with a manger and they put the roadside hazard warranty on my 1 tire I bought today for no charge. But the others I bought in February, there’s nothing they can do about those apparently.
To sum it up, either buy them from somewhere else or ask very clearly if roadside hazard is offered because apparently that’s not common practice everywhere.

On a day when blow ups was the subject of the day/drive , this dealership saved our day or entire Rv vacation trip by taking care of our tire needs at the last minute. The employees all should be given kudos on how they took care of our fifth wheel trailer. Thank you guys for your help. We made it to our next destination.

Man say no dwiving foe kiss estees. Best musk tang is old musk tang.

I ordered a Ford Maverick with them in 2022. They promised me they wouldn't add any extra fees beyond the normal doc fee. I had heard lots of horror stories about dealerships promising not to add fees and later doing so, so I was wary. When the truck came over a year later (Mike Jones had no control over the long wait for Mavericks), they stuck to their word. They charged me the price they quoted me and correctly applied all the incentives I qualified for incentives. I was in and out in 30 minutes with my truck. Robert was great to work with as a salesman. All in all, this is a dealership that works in a way we all hope: they stuck by their word and did all they said they would. They have earned my future business.

I can not say enough about this dealership. I have and will continue, to spread the word about how I was treated here. I purchased a used Colarado from Robert as a work truck. I own a small business and I live about an hour away. I came to test drive it twice and each time he had it ready to go when I arrived. We talked numbers and he was not pushy at all. I was offered a fair price and told him I would think about it and let him know. At this point most dealerships call in the sales manager and try to bully you into the purchase. That did not happen here, they gave me time to decide what is best for me and I really appreciate that! When I decided to make the purchase, he had everything lined up so all I had to do was go into the finance office and sign the paperwork. I was in and out in under an hour, with a full tank of gas. I took the truck back about 2 weeks later to have the tires balanced and they would not even let me pay for it! They said they should have caught that it needed to be done before selling it to me. AGAIN... how many other dealerships would treat someone like this? I would guess little to none. These are honest people who treat you with respect and I HIGHLY recommend using them for sales and service! Thank you so much to everyone who helped get me into my new work truck. I love it!

Different from most dealerships. It's always a chore having to take your car in for anything. The guys here make it better and get you in and out as fast as possible. Nice lounge area there too in the showroom.

they don't put the price on the website, so you have to contact them to get a price. unfortunately, I made the mistake of contacting them for a price. I specifically stated in the contact message not to call me. Their salesperson Ryan Miller then called me over and over despite me telling him multiple times I wasn't interested. Immediately after telling him to stop contacting me, I started getting non stop robo-calls that play christmas carols. so basically I'm getting phone harrassed by their salesman for not being interested in their jacked up price.
